Simply download the GymMaster app and sign in with your details to:
View available classes in real time
Book into classes and sessions
Manage your bookings
Update your personal information
Receive push notifications for reminders and exclusive promotions
Enable access to the gym (even without a fob!)

Ready to jump into your fitness routine? Book your first class via our app or website. Get a taste of our dynamic group workouts or go at your own pace with our top-notch gym equipment.

Door Access
Door Access Instructions:
Open the Member’s App
Ensure your phone is unlocked and the app is open before approaching the door.
Tap the "Check In" Option
On the Dashboard, tap the Check In button at the top of the screen.
Allow the App to Scan for Bluetooth Readers
A new page will open, and the app will begin scanning for nearby Bluetooth readers.
Stand Close to the Door
You must be within a couple of metres of the reader for your device to be detected.
Wait for the Light Indicator
Green Light – Access Granted: The door will unlock, and you can enter.
Red Light – Access Denied: Your entry attempt was unsuccessful. See troubleshooting tips below.

*Please note that a physical fob key is available upon request for a fee of $5.
If you experience issues when trying to check in, try the following:
Ensure Bluetooth is Turned On
Open your phone’s settings and confirm that Bluetooth is enabled.
Move Closer to the Reader
Stand within a couple of metres of the reader to ensure a strong connection.
Restart the App
Close and reopen the Member’s App, then try again.
Restart Your Phone
A quick reboot can resolve minor Bluetooth connection issues.
Check Membership Status
If your access is denied, ensure your membership is active and up to date.
