Do you offer personal training?
While we do not offer individual personal training, we do offer group classes. We also have Exercise Physiologists consulting in our space. Exercise Physiologists are university-qualified professionals who can assist with tailored exercise programs for managing chronic health conditions, improving physical function, and achieving personal fitness goals. They can provide guidance based on evidence-based practices.

Our gym is located at 42 Main Street, Minlaton, SA, 5575.
Is there an age policy?
Membership is available to individuals aged 15 and older. For those under 18, a parent or guardian must cosign the membership agreement. Members aged 15 to 17 are only permitted to access the gym during staffed hours and do not have after-hours access.
Before commencing, all members under 18 are required to complete a medical and pre-exercise questionnaire and undergo a pre-exercise assessment with a qualified trainer. It is essential that all under-18 members adhere to staff instructions at all times. Non-compliance may result in the suspension or termination of membership.

Do you offer casual visits or day passes?

How do I sign up for a membership?
Please use the "Join Now" tab on our website. Detailed instructions are provided there.
Do you offer seniors or concession discounts?
Yes, we do. We offer 10% off for seniors and concession card holders. Please see our Memberships page for more information.
Can I have a physical fob key?
Yes, you can purchase a physical fob key for just $5. Please contact us if you would like a fob key.
Please note, if you lose this key, you will be required to purchase another.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, we allow a 4-week pause for any direct debit membership, after the initial 8 weeks.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us directly.
How do I book classes?
You can book through our Gym Master app or online using the "Classes" tab on our website.
Is parking available?
Yes, on-street parking is available near the gym
Are your facilities accessible?
Yes, our gym is wheelchair accessible, with ramps available for easy access.
Do you have showers and lockers?
We offer toilets for your convenience, but lockers are not available. We currently do not offer showers at our premises. You will be responsible for keeping your belongings safe.
What should I do if I get injured or feel unwell?
If you experience an injury or feel unwell while at the gym, please stop your activity immediately and inform our staff if they are available. For serious concerns, seek medical attention promptly. We recommend consulting with an Exercise Physiologist if you require ongoing guidance for safe exercise.

What facilities do you offer?
We provide a fully equipped gym, group fitness classes, and space rentals for private instructors, such as Pilates teachers. Please note that memberships for private instructors are managed separately from ours. Please contact admin@yphealthandfitness.com.au for further information.
